Description

Learn and practice the principles of Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese martial art, as you engage in gentle exercise and relaxation. This class will focus on mental and muscular release, essential for good posture, and continuous whole-body movement. We begin the class with a series of stretching exercises to open and elasticize the body before turning to the Tai Chi form itself.

This event is hosted by Steve Steinhoff, a certified Tai Chi instructor.
