Yoga at the Library

Description

Join us for an all levels yoga flow with a focus on the foundation of poses. Your body will move through seated and standing poses combining breath-work and alignment. The practice will focus on stretching and strengthening your body while relaxing your mind and spirit. The class is open to all levels of experience. Please bring a yoga mat.

This program is presented by Katie Martin, a registered yoga teacher for over a decade.
