Practice linking the movement of the breath with gentle seated and standing poses, followed with a soothing yoga rest to end this class that is great for beginner or experienced yoga enthusiasts. De-stress while you stretch, strengthen and breathe.

This program is presented by Leslie Skolnik, a certified yoga instructor since 2013.
