Description

Join us for a children's yoga class, where little ones will get to practice child-friendly poses, breathing techniques and relaxation exercises, and enjoy some fun games and stories! Children are encouraged to try the movements on their own to help build self-confidence and body awareness.

This program is presented by Jennifer Penz of Small Wonders Yoga, a certified yoga instructor of almost 10 years.
