Welcome to Learning Circles!

Learning Circles brings you the opportunity to learn, use your creativity, meet like minded individuals with similar interest and gain a new skill. Each is facilitated by two BCL staff members. These two staff members are here to bring you this new information and learn along side you while. We also share additional resources you can use to further your knowledge on each month's topic(s). 

This month's Learning Circles will cover two topics. We have poetry for the writers and nature for the lovers of our fine planet. In our first course (April 6) , we will be watching a Creative Writing course for our poetry topic called COMPLETE Creative Writing - All Genres - THE FULL COURSE! This will go over the genre of poetry, how to get started, where ideas may form and more. 

For the nature course (April 20), we will be watching a documentary called Love Thy Nature on Kanopy. In this our narrator, Liam Neeson, will discuss how we have lost touched with the world around us and why we need to restore our relationship with it and the vast importance it holds. 

Feel free to bring a notepad or laptop to jot down what you find important or to express your creativity as we go. Thank you for joining us and we look forward to learning with you!
