Office of New Americans Information Table

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pemberton Library

Description

The Office of New Americans (ONA), a division under the NJ Department of Human Services, will host an information table to share state resources available to immigrant and refugee communities in Burlington County. Customers can learn about programs such as Cover All Kids, which provides NJ Family Care coverage to all income-eligible children, as well as information on accessing state social services, understanding rights and obtaining pro bono immigration legal support. ONA staff will be available to answer general questions, provide multilingual materials and offer referrals to trusted community partners. While our work centers on supporting new Americans, we also share resources that may be helpful to any library patron seeking assistance from the NJ Department of Human Services.

This program is presented by Orly Martinez of the Office of New Americans and the NJ Department of Human Services.
