Become a Child Advocate with C.A.S.A.

10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Burlington County Library

Description

C.A.S.A. (Court Appointed Special Advocates) for Children of Mercer and Burlington Counties trains advocates who are assigned by Judges to children and youth in the foster care system to ensure that their needs are met and their rights protected. The dedicated C.A.S.A. staff and well-trained volunteers connect each child in our care to resources that support their healthy growth and development, and advocate for the child’s well-being and best interests. Come to a brief information session to learn how you can volunteer to help these children.

This event is presented by Tekoa Capps, the Advocate Recruiter (Burlington) of C.A.S.A.
