Description

Join us for teen yoga! In this class we will combine a yoga flow with poses and breathing techniques to help improve physical and mental health. The class will focus on strength and flexibility while reducing stress and improving focus. This class is beginner friendly. Please bring a yoga mat or a towel and water.

This program is presented by Katie Martin, a registered yoga teacher for over a decade.
