This dynamic and hands-on workshop is designed to equip participants with the essential tools and strategies needed to craft a polished, professional and competitive resume. Through guided instruction and practical exercises, attendees will learn how to effectively showcase their skills, accomplishments and experiences in a way that captures employers’ attention. The session will also explore how to strategically tailor resumes for specific roles, ensuring each application aligns with industry expectations and job descriptions.

In addition, participants will be introduced to valuable job search tools and online resources that can streamline the process of identifying opportunities and navigating today’s evolving job market with confidence and clarity. 

Please note this is a three-part series and you must register for each session individually.

  • Session 2 - "Pitch Perfect: Interviews & Elevator Pitches that Shine" will take place on Thursday April 16 at 11am.
  • Session 3 - "Mock Interviews & Feedback" (Virtual) will take place on Thursday April 30 at 11am.

This program is presented by Bayleigh Miller, in partnership with Delta Sigma Theta Rancocas Valley Alumnae Chapter. Bayleigh is a talent acquisition and workforce management professional with 13+ years of experience in staffing, corporate recruiting, and HR programs, including high-volume hiring and contingent workforce operations.
