Kids Read: Books About Feelings and Kindness

Children experience many of the same emotions that adults do. They can be happy, sad, anxious, frustrated and overwhelmed, but they may not have developed the language skills they need to explain just how they are feeling. Books about emotions can show kids they’re not alone, while also giving them words to explain what they’re feeling.
